ADVENTUREPASS SWEEPSTAKES - OFFICIAL RULES
THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING AND PARTICIPATION ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT PROCEED IN THIS CONTEST IF YOU ARE NOT A RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.

1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest ends June 30, 2002. To enter electronically, simply visit Adventure-Pass.com before June 30, 2002 and enter your correct name and email where indicated. Participants entering via the Web must provide a valid e-mail address. You may also enter by sending a letter with your name, valid email address, mailing address, and telephone number to:

One entry allowed per person. Electronic entries must be transmitted by 11:59 P.M. PST on June 30, 2002. Mail-in entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. PST on June 30, 2002.

Lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated or mechanically reproduced entries are not acceptable. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. All entries become the property of AdventurePass, Inc. and none will be returned.

2. PRIZE: One 5-day trip cage diving with Great White Sharks in Mexico. Prize includes all crew services and all meals while aboard the boat. Transportation to and from the gateway port in San Diego, California is not included and is the sole responsibility of the winner. Approximate Retail Value is $2,500.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winner must be able to travel on a regularly scheduled trip departing between July 15, 2002 and September 30, 2002. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution of prize except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, and then for a prize of equal or greater value. Taxes and any other expenses not specified herein are each recipient's/winner's sole responsibility. By participating, entrants, winner and recipient(s) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Sponsor, entities related to the management, coordination and/or fulfillment of this trip, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising/promotion agencies, shall have the right and permission to use their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without furthercompensation, permission, or notification; and 2.) the aforestated parties, AdventurePass, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant, winner and/or recipient(s) for any liability, loss, injury, claim, or damage to themselves or any other person or entity, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to personal or real property, to entrant, winner and/or recipient or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize (including any travel or prize activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local taxes and fees are based on the approximate retail value and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner of prize valued over $600.00 will be issued an IRS Tax Form 1099 stating the value of the prize.

4. ODDS: Odds of winning are dependent on the number of valid entries received.

5. DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 8, 2002 by an independent organization. Prizewinner will be selected from all valid entries received. Judges' decisions are final. Entrants need not be present at the drawing to win.

6. AWARDING OF PRIZES: Prize will be awarded on or before July 15th, 2002. Winner will be notified by e-mail, regular mail, or phone on or about July 20th, 2002. Failure of winner to claim prize by July 31, 2002 will result in forfeiture of prize. By entering, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Non-compliance with Official Rules will result in disqualification. Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within 5 days of issuance of notification. Traveling companions will be required to sign and return a Liability Release and Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. If any prize notification letter is returned as nondeliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Noncompliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification. AdventurePass may use all e-mail addresses for the purpose of thanking you for your participationand/or notifying you of the contest conclusion.

7. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of the U.S., excluding Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of AdventurePass, LLC. or any of their subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotion and judging agencies, distributors, affiliates, sales representatives, retailers, suppliers, ("Contest Entities") and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry and to modify, terminate, or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, action of entrants, or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, if the Sweepstakes is modified, terminated, or suspended, select winner from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such modification, termination, or suspension.

8.
